All return applications beyond the above time limit will not be accepted except for special circumstances such as serious product quality problems stipulated by law.

Return Eligibility & Product Conditions: To be eligible for a full return and refund, the returned women’s shoes products must be kept in brand-new unused condition, with original shoe boxes, product accessories, labels, tags and all original packaging complete and undamaged. The products shall not have any wear marks, dirt, scratches, artificial damage, water stains or other signs of use, and shall not affect our secondary sales.
